We have two office staff who are waiting to help you find your new home in Oak Ridge!! 

Please feel free to come by the office or give us a call. 

We also have 4 maintenance personnel in the field to serve our tenants. 

Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.  Emergency coverage is also provided.
