All houses are unfurnished, include W/D hookups, have gas heat, have either off-street or street parking. Houses rentals start at $600 per month.
Most houses have portches or patios.
All houses include a stove and refrigerator. Some houses include a dishwasher.
Window coverings are provided in all houses.
All houses are air-conditioned.
Lawn care is not provided for house rentals.
No pets are allowed in any houses or on the premises.
